No surveys available does not automatically mean your account is broken. A wall can be empty because no studies currently match you, or because the wall never loaded properly. Separate those cases before changing browser settings or contacting support.
Is it an empty result or a blank page?
A loaded provider page with navigation, profile questions, and an explicit no-surveys message is usually an inventory or matching result. A white frame, endless spinner, missing controls, or script error points toward a technical loading problem. If FreeRBX provides a direct wall link, open it to compare: a working direct page narrows the issue to the embedded view.
Do not clear all browsing data as a first step while a survey is in progress. That can remove the session information needed to complete it. Troubleshoot when no attempt is active, and preserve any error message or screenshot first. This gives support something concrete if basic checks do not help.
Why your country and profile matter
Researchers buy responses from particular audiences. Location, age, household circumstances, and topics can all affect matching. A study may close as soon as its target quota fills, so a survey visible earlier can disappear later. Two users in the same country can legitimately see different lists, and there is no universal country ranking that guarantees a particular earning rate.
- Complete profile questions accurately so providers can evaluate relevant studies.
- Update information when your circumstances genuinely change, rather than editing it to imitate someone else's matches.
- Try another available partner and check again later if the provider has no current inventory.
- Respect each provider's eligibility requirements; never change your age or location to bypass them.
Check technical causes without spoofing location
Use a current browser and a stable ordinary connection. FreeRBX does not allow VPNs or proxies. If there is a VPN warning, disconnect a VPN you actually control and use the provided recheck flow. If no VPN is active, a shared or misclassified network may need support review. Creating more accounts or cycling through spoofed locations is not a fix for missing inventory.
When an empty wall is worth reporting
Report persistent loading failures, an unexplained network warning, or an error that prevents profile setup. Include the provider, device, browser, approximate time, and whether the direct link works. If the wall loads normally but has no matches, support may confirm the account status, but cannot create research demand or promise new studies by a deadline.
