When FreeRBX buys your gamepass, you are the seller. Look for the result under Sales of Goods in Roblox My Transactions, rather than under Purchases. The Purchases filter describes things you bought with your own Robux, which is the opposite side of this transaction.

Open the history for the right account

Sign in to the Roblox account that owns the payout pass and open the official My Transactions page in a browser. Roblox's support guide explains how to reach it from the Robux amount in the top navigation. If you use several accounts, compare the @username with the account linked on FreeRBX before interpreting an empty history.

  • Purchases shows virtual items and passes you bought.
  • Sales of Goods shows revenue from virtual items and passes you sold.
  • Currency Purchases concerns Robux purchases, not your gamepass sale.
  • Group Payouts is a separate channel and is not the expected filter for a personal pass sale.

Match the sale, not just the balance

Find the pass and sale date corresponding to the FreeRBX request. The total Robux balance can change for several reasons, including your own spending and unrelated sales, so a before-and-after balance comparison is less precise than a matching transaction. A site-side paid status also has a different meaning from Roblox revenue that has finished its pending period.

A 200 Robux pass purchase should not be assumed to add 200 spendable Robux. Roblox applies the sale fee; with a 30% fee, the illustrative seller revenue is 140. Check the transaction's actual recorded revenue and pending status. If the sale exists and is pending, refreshing FreeRBX's survey wall cannot release Roblox's hold.

If no sale appears

First check whether the FreeRBX request is still pending review. If it is marked paid, verify the pass URL and owner, then ask FreeRBX support to clarify the purchase. A pass belonging to a group or another account will not necessarily put its proceeds in the personal account you are viewing. Capture the request status and relevant filtered history without including unrelated private transactions.

Which support team to contact

FreeRBX can address withdrawal review, destination details, and its purchase record. Roblox can address a recorded sale, its revenue, and Roblox-side pending status. Describe the exact discrepancy: no sale, an unexpected owner, a different amount, or a sale that remains pending. Saying only 'my Robux is missing' leaves several distinct possibilities unresolved.
