A survey reward can be credited and later reversed when the partner changes its validation result. A lower point balance is therefore different from an initial missing credit. Check the transaction history before assuming the dashboard lost your earnings.
Why a provider revisits a result
Survey validation can happen in more than one step. Later checks may identify duplicate participation, contradictory responses, failed quality criteria, or an attempt that did not meet the study's conditions. The provider can then send a cancellation or adjustment to the reward platform. A reversal does not, by itself, tell you which reason applied; avoid guessing the cause from the amount alone.
FreeRBX records partner credit and cancellation events. Compare the provider, original reward amount, and relevant activity dates. A reversal of 300 points concerns that point credit, not a separate 300 Robux deduction. The point-to-listing conversion remains 10 to 1, so the units matter when assessing how the adjustment affects a future withdrawal.
How it changes a withdrawal plan
Use the available balance currently shown on the Earn page. If you had 2,100 points and a 300-point reward is reversed before submitting, the balance becomes 1,800 points and no longer meets the 2,000-point minimum. That example is a simple balance adjustment, not an instruction to create another account or repeat a completed study to replace the reward.
- Identify the original study or offer and the credit that changed.
- Save the completion result and the original offer conditions if you still have them.
- Check whether a related referral bonus was also adjusted.
- If a withdrawal is already under review, ask support how the adjustment affects that request.
Referral bonuses can move with the source reward
A referral commission depends on your friend's eligible credited reward. If that source reward is reversed, the associated bonus can be reversed as well. This is why an invitation alone does not produce a permanent earning entitlement. Compare the bonus event with the friend's reward status instead of assuming every reduction is a referral tracking error.
Dispute the specific result, not just the new total
A useful ticket names the provider, study identifier if available, completion date, points first credited, and points later removed. Explain why you believe the conditions were met and include the completion evidence. FreeRBX can investigate its credit records, but a final partner validation decision may require the provider's review. Evidence improves clarity; it does not guarantee that a reversal will be overturned.
